It has been 9 months since we last updated our blog and a lot has happened :)
First we would like to welcome Justin to the team. Justin is a passionate and hard working second generation acupuncturist (his mum and aunty are also acupuncturists), who has come to us after studying at UTS and in China and working in a number of clinics around Sydney. Like all members of the Village Remedies team he is trained in the same style and holds up our standard of care.
We also now have two student interns that have been following us around bring the team now up to seven members :). Be sure to say hi if you see them and tell them they are doing a great job, as complements from Brendan can be few and far between.
Kirsten has been to the philippines where she treated for people in the slums, to help in a variety of issues. Next time you see her be sure to ask her about her experience.
Gav has moved house and now has access to a sauna, and is now even more relaxed with a glowing complexion. Be sure to let him know if you see him.
Brendan has returned from a well earned holiday to Italy, bigger and fatter than ever :) and ready to work hard to burn off some of the pizzas. He is also jealous of Gav's access to a sauna.
Maddie was part of a panel discussion on how to improve health and has been featured in "well being" magazine, but we will let her tell you more about that in our next blog (which will be ready in 9 to 12 months)
The clinic in general is going really well and we have been doing little workshops at muay thai gym, basketball team trainings and fitness centers on how to get your body to recovery faster and improve sleep and digestion through self acupressure. If you, your gym or your team are interested in having us do one for you please let us know.
We are open Monday to Saturday if you need an appointment. You can book online at www.villageremedies.com
Hope you are well
